i miss hong kong
or better said: i miss the food. do i need to say more?
one of my dearest friends from hong kong took me to this place in TST, which serves only the best beautiful perfect prepped and absolutely delicious asian cuisine. you could literally tastes the love in the food, everything looked super gorgeous! me as a picky stubborn spoiled food-lover; this really was one of the best dim sum food i have ever had…ever! 
at Hokkaido Dairy Farm Milk Restaurant in Causeway Bay - these waffles were riccccchhhhly filled with condensed sweetened dairy milk! imagine, all the holes filled ‘till the top (true story), the waffle absorbs it all, it sounds superduper sweeet and it is! definitely a must-go, must-eat! i should have added peanut butter with it.. do that if you decide to order this one too! if you go there: try the mac in soup or the famous 3 inch scrambled egg sandwich and of course, a milk tea! absolutely deliceee! i promise, you won’t regret it! plus, this place is super cute because of its simple design, it reminded me somewhat of japan!
while visiting my dad, he took me to this eat&go place in his hometown. he ordered me noodles (ho fun) soup with roasted goat: super yummm!
of course, while at it, the iced milk tea is a must!
my homegirl from holland Michelle, who now lives & works in hong kong, took me to this absolutely fab sushi restaurant in Causeway Bay! I love the delicacy and the sweetness of good japanese cuisine plus the place has ‘different private’ areas as - again - it reminded me of japan. good food, great company and; affordable yumminess! don’t we all love that?
oh my goodness, what’s not to love about this? if you ever go to hong kong, a MUST-MUST-MUST-eat & go is Hui Lau Shan. it’s a typical sweet dessert place where Chinese people love to go to after dinner or just instead of having a snack! here, I had a mango with grapefruit, sago, mango- & coconut-juice. YUM! dig in!
oh yeah, this would be me…with my long lost white blazer jacket: the reason for posting this one :( looking at it makes me sad, well…more stupid ‘cause i actually left it at the hotel during my stay in Bandung, Indonesia. me pouting face. what’s comforting about this picture is the reflection of the mirror-ish pole: it makes me look so slim ;-)
